Chapter 2

We are a community of young adults seeking to walk life together...with each other and with God. We are not afraid to discuss the truth of life and what God has to say about it. A place of honesty has been created for those out of high school, in their 20s or early 30s, to ask questions, build relationships, and touch the world.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts 2:42

Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship

We are a small multicultural group of students at UCSB who are seeking to know God and to help other people get to know him. Our mission and name comes from 2 Corinthians 5:20: "We are therefore, Christ's Ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God."

Meets: Thursday nights at 7:30 p.m. in the dorms (location varies weekly)

CRAVE

CRAVE is a gathering of high school and junior high youth that have found a common ground in this life journey...our hang ups, struggles, pain....our weaknesses. We have also found that Jesus' grace is made perfect in our weakness. In this discovery, we have begun to learn through honest conversations that although we may have characteristics of a broken and fragmented world, there is freedom in Christ. So, corporately and individually, we seek after a real and relevant relationship with a loving God who is ready to transform our lives...in turn, our LIFE worship will passionately reflect His very heart...LOVE.

Meets: Wednesdays at 7pm in Holy Ground

HeartLink Women's Ministries

We are made up of women, college age and beyond, who are linking their hearts together while reaching for the heart of God. Our hearts' desire is for each and every woman to experience God's love and know His will and purpose for her life. By living out a transformed life, we will impact the world around us for Jesus.

We are developing meaningful relationships where we laugh and cry together and encourage and support each other through prayer and in on-going small group Bible studies. We also look forward to our special quarterly women's events and our yearly weekend retreat. We welcome and encourage all women to be a part of this life changing ministry.

HonorBound Mens Ministries

Our primary goal is Reaching, Teaching & Releasing men to grow to their full potential in Christ. We desire to help men grow in their faith in Jesus Christ and become godly leaders in their homes, their workplace, their community and in the church. We provide multiple opportunities for men to get connected to other like-minded Christian men. We are strengthened in our early Sunday morning accountability groups as well as in our monthly gatherings - a time of dinner, fellowship and the Word. All men are invited and welcome to come and be a part.

Meets: Sundays at 7:30am at SCC; 1st Tuesday of the month at 6pm, location varies
